What's Included

Tailored Experience Our comprehensive package, priced at $7,500, includes a 2-day access option ideal for creating your dream event. This provides ample time for setup, decor, and an exclusive rehearsal for the bridal party, allowing for seamless planning and preparation.

Personalized Event Experience Our one-day event option offers a flexible and tailored approach.  With a total of 4 hours for the event and 3 hours for setup and cleanup, we provide a customizable experience that can be adjusted based on your specific guest count and event duration.  This versatile option allows you to craft a unique and unforgettable event, tailored precisely to your needs. Sophisticated Beverage & Security Services

To ensure a refined event experience, our venue requires professional bartending and security services. We have cultivated strong partnerships with reputable vendors who specialize in these offerings.  Our partners and team of bartenders are equipped to craft a tailored beverage menu and provide professional, high quality service while adhering to all necessary regulations. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we are committed to facilitate the arrangement of these services through our trusted partners or share their contact information.


Event Access & Cleanup Details

With our two-day option, you gain access to our venue, beginning on Friday from 4pm to 8pm for setup, decor and if applicable rehearsal for bridal party.  On Saturday, gain access from 9am, providing ample time to add those final touches before the celebration begins.  All music is to conclude by 11pm without exception, and vendors and guests must vacate the premises by 11:30pm, ensuring a tranquil conclusion to your event.

Cleanup should be concluded by 11am the next ay and this includes a final walkthrough to guarantee pristine conditions.  We take care of all waste disposal, ensuring your departure is effortless.  A detailed checklist is provided to ensure a thorough cleanup.
